                Farmhouse accomodation in Tuscany  “Pretty Farm”- 8 people- 

The farmhouse in Tuscany Podere Pilar, near the 18-hole course Montecatini Golf welcomes you in its elegant surroundings relaxing even groups of 8 persons to whom reserve, in addition to the private pool greatly panoramic and sunny the following portions of the villa:

On the ground floor: porch of 40 square meters ,dining and sitting rooms with TV SAT and fireplace, large kitchen with fireplace equipped with all appliances, bathroom,  twin/double bedroom with  TV, bathroom, double bedroom with TV, bathroom, washing machine,double/twin bedroom of 25 square meters,  suitable for guests with limited mobility and it is furnished with  a kitchenette,two burners and fridge, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Entrances independent from garden and from interior of the house.

On the first floor: twin/double bedroom with bathroom, SAT TV, double bedroom with bathroom, SAT. Access from  internal stairway. 

N.B.You can also choose two bedrooms at ground floor and 2 bedrooms at first floor (for a total of 8 people).

 Free wi-fi free 24 h.
N.B.: This portion can be reserved only from April to June and September. Exclusive reservation, No others guests.

Price per week:

– April: € 2200 (€ 1300 up to 4 nights )
– May and September: € 2700 (€ 1600 up to 4 nights ) (*)
– June: € 3000 (€ 1900 up to 4 nights) (*)
Pretty Farm can be booked also at minimum cost of 4 nights – Cost final cleaning for reservation € 200

(*) Swimming pool open: 1st of May- 30th. September from 9 a.m to 7-8 p.m
» Gas heating: € 7 for every mc. Consumed.
» tourist tax € 1.50 per day up to 7 days starting from 12 years
» Water, electricity: included in price
» Bed/Bath linen: changed weekly
» Internet and wi-FI Gratis-Free
» Animals: medium and small dogs only allowed upon notice- no extra charge
» An advanced payment of 25% of the total price is necessary to confirm your booking.
» The balance is to be paid on arrival in cash. The balance could also be sent via Bank, in this case it should be transferred 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We would appreciate your sending an e-mail of the copy of the transaction.
