Farmhouse accomodation in Tuscany – “Excellent”- 4 people – Ground Floor

An accomodation in Tuscany, on the hills of Montalbano, the tuscan farmhouse Podere Pilar may hold very spacious and exclusive rooms to its guests.
In the heart of Tuscany, near the most beautiful cities of art, you can rent a large farmhouse for four people on the ground floor of the apartment.
The apartment on the farmhouse with swimming pool consists:
Kitchen and living area: large kitchen, 5 burners, electric oven, microwave, bread toaster, espresso coffee machine, capacious fridge, dishwasher, fireplace, dining room,  living room with satellite TV, fire place, bathroom with shower.
Night area:  double bed room with digital TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Twin/double bed room with digital TV- Bathroom with shower.Independent access to bedrooms. 

Note: When pool is opened is assured the exclusivity of the reservation due to the special season 2022


Garden area: the 40 sq.mt. Porch reserved for “excellent” guests.

Price per week:

– April: € 1800 (€ 1300 up to 4 nights )
– May and September: € 2300 (*) (€ 1600 up to 4 nights) exclusivity of the reservation
– June: € 2500 (*) (€ 1800 up to 4 nights) exclusivity of the reservation
Excellent can be booked also at minimum cost of 4 nights. Cost final cleaning for reservation € 180

Depending on the availability and on request, different solutions of portions of the house can be reserved irrespective of the number of guests. In this case the price requested will be that of the portions selected.

-please note: can be rented only in the months of April, May, June and September NB 4 nights is minimum cost for booking

(*) Swimming pool opened: 1st of May- 30th. September from 9 a.m to 7-8 p.m

» An advanced payment of 25% of the total price is necessary to confirm your booking.
» The balance is to be paid on arrival in cash. The balance could also be sent via Bank, in this case it should be transferred 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We would appreciate your sending an e-mail of the copy of the transaction.
