The Podere Pilar farmhouse in Tuscany with an ultra-panoramic 6×12 meter swimming pool equipped with a large gazebo, tables, chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas and a hot shower, offers excellent accommodation for groups of 10-12, up to 15 people with exclusive booking, without the presence of other guests.
Equipment and distribution of rooms:
On the ground floor: a) beautiful 40 sqm porch facing the garden, equipped with tables, chairs, bench, armchair and sofa; table seating capacity for up to 15 people; b) double dining room and satellite TV with fireplace; capacity at the dining room table 10 people c) large kitchen with fireplace equipped with all appliances; capacity at the kitchen table 4 people; d) complete bathroom with shower for common use, e) twin/double bedroom on the south-east side with TV, dressing room, complete bathroom with shower, air conditioning; f) large double bedroom on the south side with TV, complete bathroom with shower and washing machine. N.B. This room, completely protected by the porch, remains cool and does not require air conditioning; g) on the north-east side, a charming room of approximately 25 sqm, suitable for guests with reduced mobility and furnished with a double bed/two-three beds, kitchenette with hideaway kitchen block, two burners and fridge, bathroom with shower and washing machine , air conditioning. The three bedrooms each have an independent entrance.
On the first floor with access from the internal staircase a) double bedroom with TV, complete internal bathroom with shower; air conditioning ; b) double room with SAT TV, complete internal bathroom with shower.; air conditioning.
On the first floor with entrance from the north-east side balcony and/or from the internal staircase: studio apartment of approximately 50 sqm; it has a kitchen area, dining/dining room, a sleeping area, a dressing room with washing machine and a complete bathroom with shower; air conditioning. N.B. it is rented when there are at least 12 guests, or upon specific request.
On the first floor with entrance from the balcony on the north-west side and/or from the internal staircase: apartment of approximately 75 sqm; it has a large kitchen, south side, equipped and complete with all appliances; a large double bedroom on the south-west side, with air conditioning; a beautiful north-west living room with west-facing balcony and spectacular panoramic view of Montevettolini and the valley; air conditioning N.B. it is usually reserved for the owners; it can be added to the rental when there are at least 14 guests or upon specific request.

Prices per week for 10-12-14 guests
– April: €2,800-3,200 -3,700 (€2,500-2,900-3,400 up to 5 nights)
– May and September: €3,500-3,900-4,500 (€3,000-3,400-4,000 up to 5 nights)*
– June: €4,000- 4,500 – 5,100 (€3,400-3,900-4,500 up to 5 nights)*
– July and August: €4,500-4,900-5,600 (€3,700-4,100-4,900 up to 5 nights)*
– Final cleaning €280-320-370 per booking
*Online reservations accepted. To confirm the booking, payment of 25% of the price is required. This payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
